String Curtain-Up for: Gemino @ tekom 2017

Last year, we made our first appearance at the tekom annual conference in Stuttgart. Our rather unusual fair stand created a space where we could talk to our visitors in peace behind a string curtain. Our lounge-style booth was so well-received that we have elected to use this proven concept again this year.

The Challenge of In-Country Reviews

Many companies would like to integrate their foreign subsidiaries in the translation process, as they can provide valuable local input. Experience shows, however, that it can be often difficult to integrate foreign branches in an efficient manner. There are various approaches to overcome this. Among other methods, we propose working with WebReview. This browser-based application makes it significantly easier to integrate foreign subsidiaries in the correction process.

Without doubt, multilingual terminology work is a must. Yet the obstacles encountered in such work are often so great that, in the end, no terminology work is done at all. However, straightforward company-wide terminology work is possible – and TermCloud can give you the help you need. With TermCloud, everyone can look up terminology online, including staff members without a linguistic background.

Smart Marketing Translation Processes

Marketing texts are rarely uniform, as promotional text is used alongside technical facts and product details. We have developed a smart marketing translation process for just this purpose.
